Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our U.S. studio. Delivery times vary based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. A 20% restocking fee may apply. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges—please place a new order for the desired item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@smockedhoney.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
